Breaking PL News: Draft Pool Revealed
Saturday, December 25th , 2055
The biggest anxiety for 2055 new young players is getting drafted. For the young man with something to prove, simple entrance into the draft does not guarantee a big league contract. Some will suffer the excruciating torment of having to stand by as their competitors get picked before them, hoping that they get a slim chance to prove their skills anywhere. At any rate, teams now have 65 days to scout the draft pool before the draft is held.
The Transactions page also gets a new section dedicated to the draft pool, which will be available for 65 days prior to the draft.
The early favorites to be high picks are the following: 1. Stu Jones, 17 year-old CF out of high-school. 2. Leland Dixon, 21 year-old CF out of college. 3. Brian Black, 17 year-old CF out of high-school. 4. Brent Barnett, 22 year-old RF out of college. 5. Pat Sheppard, 18 year-old 2B out of high-school. 6. Phil Henderson, 18 year-old LF out of high-school. 7. Frederick Shaw, 23 year-old CF out of college. 8. Luis Ramírez, 18 year-old RF out of high-school. 9. Germán Gutiérrez, 17 year-old CF out of high-school. 10. J.J. Burton, 17 year-old LF out of high-school.
The official OSA Mock Draft will be released on the day of the draft, or you can review the draft pool on the draft page.

Bullets Owner, Herman Farmer, Invests in Property Just Outside of Town
Tuesday, December 21st , 2055
Baltimore Bullets owner, Herman Farmer, found a way to make money, and decided to take it.
The owner of the Bullets decided to purchase land on the outskirts of the team's hometown of Baltimore. Farmer is reportedly interested in "developing the property for affordable housing and workspaces." Commercial realtors in the area have gone on record since the deal was announced that both the short-term and long-term health of the ballclub will improve as the land was under-priced and is widely expected to be a bonanza for the owner's bottom line.
