Free agency is upon us.
Teams, players and pundits who follow Menard's Third League will be thrust headlong into a whirlpool of intrigue and uncertainty. The free agent signing period will continue throughout the offseason as some clubs will go a long way toward sealing up a championship -- or a spot in the cellar.
The magic, the unpredictability of hot stove baseball, is fascinating to the fan; particularly the fan whose team comes out on top!

3L News: Draft Pool Revealed

Menard's Third League has dealt the cards out on the table, announcing the list of players looking to draw a glimpse of success in the 2023 first-year player draft. Management and scouting veterans from all teams will be able to review candidates for 65 days prior to the draft and determine who might be appropriately suited for a future role in the upcoming shuffle of fortune and fate.
The Transactions page will devote a section to these prospects.
The top players available (in no particular order) seem to be:
1. Bill Pierce, 19 year-old RF out of high-school.
2. Terrence Smith, 21 year-old RHP out of college.
3. Arthur Jones, 22 year-old RHP out of college.
4. John Rhodes, 19 year-old SS out of high-school.
