De La Cruz, Voodoo Wallop Patriots in Game 4 of R2
The New Orleans Voodoo and the Boston Patriots will take the ToC Semi-Finals to a decisive 5th game. In a must-win situation today, the Voodoo beat the Patriots 7-2 at The Voodoo Lounge to force the series into what will essentially be a one-game playoff. New Orleans right fielder Francisco De La Cruz went 3-4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 and driving in 3.

The Voodoo took a 6-2 lead in the bottom of the fifth inning. Facing Boston hurler Bobby Bowles with two outs, De La Cruz hit a 3-run home run.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said De La Cruz.

Game 5 is scheduled for Wednesday at Dunkin Donuts Park in Boston.
