Maejima 5-for-9 Against Ellenburg

The Ellenburg Fighting Dachshunds couldn't stop Koryusai Maejima today, but they stopped the Hartford Pride, 6-5. Maejima went 5-for-9 in the game at Pride Park, but his team still came out on the wrong end of the score.
"I feel bad for Koryusai -- that's not how any of us wanted things to turn out," said Hartford manager Terry King. "The Fighting Dachshunds were on their game today."
Koryusai Maejima singled in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, hit a two-run single in the 7th, singled in the 9th, flied out in the 11th, singled in the 13th, grounded out in the 15th and singled in the 18th.
This year Maejima is batting .376 with 32 hits, 2 home runs, 13 RBIs, 14 walks, .465 OBP and has scored 11 runs.
