Stingers Down Bullets, 8-5
|
A 4-RBI performance from first baseman Andrew Smith led the Toledo Stingers to a win over the Baltimore Bullets, 8-5. Ken Wright earned the win to go to 2-6. He allowed 2 runs on 5 hits, with 4 walks and 4 strikeouts in 5 innings of work. Jong-beom Park, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 10th save.
In the first inning, Smith had a grand slam home run for Toledo. It was his 9th home run of the season and put the Stingers on top, 4-0.
