Randolph Plays Big Role in Long Island Win
Long Island Lighthouse starter Howard Randolph was on his game, helping his team beat the Pittsburgh Kingfishers, 2-1. The Lighthouse, at 30-21, sit in third place in the Silver League.

It was an impressive turn from the legendarily hard-working Randolph, who tallied 11 strikeouts in 6.2 innings while allowing just 2 hits. Randolph, who finished 5th in the SL in strikeouts with 170 in 2053, goes to 1-1 on the year with 45 strikeouts.

"There was no wiggle room in this one," said Randolph.
