Bullets Handle Divided, 10-3
|
The Baltimore Bullets downed the D.C. Divided, 10-3, at Washington Stadium. Curt McCall led the way, going 2-for-3 for Baltimore. Losses have been rare for the Divided, who are now 14-6.
Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Harry Hiseler? The Baltimore catcher had a bases-clearing double in the top of the first inning to put the Bullets on top, 3-0. For the game, Hiseler had 1 double and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
"We swung the bats good throughout the lineup," said Baltimore skipper Brandon Slouck.
