Divided Snag 4-1 Win
|
Cheol-han Cho was outstanding against Kingston Township. The left-hander had a fastball that was virtually unhittable at times. The result was a Divided 4-1 win. D.C. reliever Joe Boyle was the winner. His record is now 1-0. The losing pitcher was Donald Kane. Picking up the save was David Guzmán, his 7th.
D.C. used the clutch hitting of Amor Campos to snag the win. The left fielder drilled a solo home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Divided ahead, 2-1. It was his lone hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a crucial one.
"Been a rough stretch for us," said Kingston Township manager Rayzor Ray.
Kingston Township, at 2-13, has had a dismal start to the season.
