Reyes Spins 5-0 Shutout Against Pittsburgh
The Mississippi Mockingbirds shut out the Pittsburgh Kingfishers 5-0 today behind the strong pitching of Aurelio Reyes. Reyes surrendered only 6 hits in recording the complete-game victory, and struck out 9.

Following the last out, Reyes appeared to celebrate a little too boisterously for Pittsburgh manager Tyler Johnson, who could be seen scolding the famously outspoken right-hander as the clubs left the field. Reyes's own manager then intervened with some words for his counterpart.

The Kingfishers skipper would not comment on the exchange, but at the Mockingbirds press conference, Reyes confirmed that it was regarding the celebration.

"He basically told me I was being a lousy winner," Reyes said.

"And I told him he was being a lousy loser," Mississippi manager Beau Carsten added.
