The Seattle Rocketeers beat the Panama City Piranhas, 6-0, at Boeing Dome. Seattle third baseman Dan Wells had an outstanding performance. He was 4-4 with 4 singles. He scored 2 times. Seattle starter Jorge Quiñonez was credited with the win after throwing 86 pitches over 6 innings. His record now stands at 4-6. The 8th-place Rocketeers improved to 41-39.
