The Kingston Township Knights did just enough to secure a victory over the Toledo Stingers, 6-5, at Cloverdale Legion Park. Nobody did more than pitcher Dan McIntyre. McIntyre went 5.2 innings to notch the win. He scattered 6 hits, walked 3, and struck out 5. His record improves to 5-4. The 4th-place Knights are now 32-22, the Stingers 28-26.

The Knights got a big at-bat from third baseman Oliver Jordan, who in the bottom of the fourth hit a solo home run. It was his 6th home run of the season and put the Knights on top, 6-2.

"When this team comes together and plays the way we can, we can compete with anyone," said Jordan. "I think we're going to keep proving that."
