Pittsburgh Star Hunter Cops Gold Ball Tuesday, November 4th , 2053 Todd Hunter of the Pittsburgh Kingfishers fired on all cylinders in 2053 and dominated United States Premier League batters. For his superb season he has been selected the Gold Ball winner. During the year Hunter compiled a 9-7 record, a 3.35 ERA and 165 strikeouts while working 158.2 innings. Van Hileman of the Athletic Club KC finished second in voting, while Noud Taaij of the Mississippi Mockingbirds finished third. |
