Nuañez, White Walkers Sink Grey Wolves Again in Game 2
The Buffalo White Walkers moved to within one game of the Tournament of Champions today, downing the visiting Vancouver Grey Wolves at Beyond the Wall by a score of 6-3. White Walkers center fielder Rubén Nuañez did some major damage. He went 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 2. The win gives the White Walkers a 2-0 advantage in the best-of-5 ToC Semi-Finals.

Eduardo Lucciardi, the Buffalo catcher, contributed a run-scoring single in the bottom of the seventh inning to make the score 4-3, White Walkers. For the game, Lucciardi went 3-4 with a double and 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs.

"One win at a time, one game at a time. We try not to get too far ahead of ourselves," Lucciardi told the Buffalo Citizen.

Game 3 is scheduled for Friday at Wolf Den in Vancouver in Vancouver.
