The Montana Pandas picked up a win at Panda Park, knocking off the Boston Patriots, 4-3. On the mound for Montana was left-hander Fernando Ríos, who played a pivotal role in the win. The Pandas improve their record to 45-37 with the win over Boston.

The Pandas relied on right fielder Marcos Janero for the game-winning hit. And, in the bottom of the 11th, he delivered, hitting a run-scoring single to seal the deal.

"Fernando just went about his business, throwing strikes," said Montana manager Andrew Schupick.
