Getting a good performance from shortstop Obiniana Romulo, the Buffalo White Walkers defeated the Mississippi Mockingbirds, 6-4. Romulo went 4 for 5 with a double and 3 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for the White Walkers. Buffalo reliever Ari Schaller picked up the win, upping his record to 1-2. Stu Searle was saddled with the loss. The White Walkers now own a record of 21-10.

Buffalo used a well-timed hit by Carlos Rivera to capture the win. The third baseman socked a run-scoring double in the top of the sixth inning to put the White Walkers ahead, 5-4. Though it was his only hit in 5 at-bats, it was important.

"We'll hit the hot tub in good spirits tonight," said Romulo.
