San Mateo Bats Go Silent in 4-0 Loss
|
Vicente Molina pitched a gem to lead Panama City to victory over the San Mateo Dirty Reds, 4-0. Molina, now 3-2, was the winner. In 6.1 innings, he gave up 4 hits, while striking out 8, walking 2, and allowing no runs. Panama City is now 12-16, while San Mateo is 11-17.
The Piranhas picked up the win with a combination of good hitting and good pitching.
"It's a mindset," said Molina. "Just trying to do your job, trying to be consistent."
