Salcido Week's #1 Player Monday, May 8th , 2051 The hottest bat of the week belonged to MSL Santa Catalina left fielder Armando Salcido. He went on a rampage last week against 3MSL hurlers and rapped out 7 hits in 13 at-bats for a .538 average while hitting 2 home runs, driving in 5 runs and scoring 7 runs -- numbers quite worthy of the M3L Mexican Summer League Player of the Week trophy. Salcido was honored today at a press conference. |
