King of the Hill Announced by M3L Mexican Summer League Sunday, September 17th , 2051 The votes have been tabulated for the 2051 M3L Mexican Summer League Pitcher of the Year Award. It has been given to Terry Welch of the MSL St. Louis Coeur, who piled up 7 wins this season with an impressive 2.03 ERA. In 16 starts Welch had a 7-5 mark with 105 strikeouts in 106.1 innings. He received 12 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Ricardo Ortíz of the MSL Santa Catalina Condor finished second in voting, while Walt Gregory of the MSL Kingston Township Knights finished third.
