PAA Hands Out Reliever of the Year Award Tuesday, October 3rd , 2051 He may only be 24, but Dave Bass of the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the USPL Double A. The reliever was today named the PAA Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2051. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 5 saves in 30 relief appearances and 78 strikeouts in 73 innings. He had a record of 8-1 to go with his 2.10 ERA. He received 7 first place votes out of a possible 10. Rex Davis of the Gwinnett Guinea Pigs finished second in voting with 3 first place votes, while Jessy Werther of the Athletic Club KC Academy finished third.
