Thunder Hawks Poe to Miss Year Tuesday, August 8th , 2051 Albert Poe will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Ft. Polk South starting pitcher could miss the remainder of the year. Poe was injured while throwing a pitch in the Thunder Hawks-Screaming Eagles clash at Thunder Hawks Ballpark recently. Doctors said he has a torn rotator cuff and would be out a minimum of 6 months. Looking at his season stats, Poe has won 4 and lost 6, collecting 47 strikeouts and 19 walks in 52.2 innings with a 9.74 ERA. |
