USPL Double A Announces Best Starter Tuesday, August 1st , 2051 The USPL Double A made it official today -- Edison Washington of the Athletic Club KC Academy is the Pitcher of the Month. In July he impressed the sportswriters with his domination of league hitters. Washington made 5 starts, registered 4 wins and no losses with a solid 1.51 ERA. In 35.2 innings he allowed 22 hits, racked up 40 strikeouts, walked 13 and permitted teams to hit .176 against him. This season Washington has worked 86 innings with 95 strikeouts en route to a 9-0 record and a 2.09 ERA. |
