MSL Toledo Makes It 6 Straight with 6-4 Win
The MSL Toledo Stingers extended their winning streak.

The MSL Toledo Stingers topped the MSL Charleston Battery, 6-4, in M3L Mexican Summer League action at MSL Toledo Ballpark. The standout performance belonged to MSL Toledo pitcher and Mandaue, Philippines, native Thaddeus Ferrer. The win was credited to Frenk Reugebrink in relief. His record improves to 10-4. Sergio Ledezma took the loss.

Igme Sapo hit a 2-run double off Sergio Ledezma in the bottom of the eighth, which put the Stingers in front, 6-4. In addition to the double, Sapo had 1 single, while going 2 for 4.

"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Ferrer told the MSL Toledo Today.

The first-place Stingers have won 6 straight games.
