Martínes, Grey Wolves Get 2-0 Win
The MSL Vancouver Grey Wolves got a stellar effort from pitcher Alejandro Martínes, helping MSL Vancouver score a win over the visiting MSL Detroit Elite, 2-0. Horácio Sarmento nailed down his 4th save. MSL Detroit is in the throes of a 9-game skid.

Martínes, who leaned on his slider, allowed no runs on just 3 hits over 7.1 innings for the Grey Wolves. For the most part, MSL Detroit hitters were simply overmatched.

"For the most part, I stayed out of the middle of the plate," Martínes said.
