The Baltimore Bullets and Nova Scotia Leviathan obliged fans hoping for an exciting game.

The Baltimore Bullets picked up a win at Baltimore Grounds, taking down the Nova Scotia Leviathan, 5-4. Starting pitcher Jorge Souza was a big reason why. The winner in relief was Taisuke Yuasa. He is now 2-2. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 2 innings.

A crucial at-bat came with the bases empty and no one out in the bottom of the eighth inning. That's when left fielder Gavrie Germashev hit a triple. The Bullets went on to win.

"We did enough to win," said Souza.

The third-place Bullets lifted their record to 32-21.
