The Baltimore Bullets and Northern Virginia Rainbow Mermaids played an exciting game.
Baltimore picked up a win at Atlantica, toppling the Northern Virginia Rainbow Mermaids, 4-2. Pitcher Burian Polyn was one of the reasons the Bullets triumphed. Baltimore has run its win streak to 5 in a row.
Polyn was in the zone all game. He frustrated Northern Virginia hitters while giving the Bullets 6 innings of quality work. Polyn threw 86 pitches, allowing 2 hits and getting 10 punchouts.
