Chambers Impressive in Crescent City Win
Field of the Krewe was the site for USPL Double A action featuring the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks and Crescent City Krewe.

The Crescent City Krewe picked up a win at Field of the Krewe, knocking off the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks, 9-3. Starting pitcher Fraser Chambers was a big reason why. The Krewe raised their record to 58-33.

The famously hardworking Chambers handled the Thunder Hawks all day, notching 5 strikeouts in 7 innings while allowing 2 hits. Chambers, who is tied for 2nd in the PAA with a 10.6 K/9 rate, goes to 8-4 on the year with 123 strikeouts.

"I just trusted my stuff," said Chambers.
