The Squirrel Hill Pierogis beat the Ithaca Fighting Imps, 15-1, at Field of the Rawhides. The Pierogis got a fine performance from first baseman Jov Shantsev, who went 4-5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3.
