Rivera Boosts Hit Streak to 25 Games Sunday, September 18th , 2050 Northville right fielder Sergio Rivera keeps on racking up hits every time he plays. His hitting streak now stands at 25 games after collecting 2 hits at Old-Timers Park today. The Eclipse took the 3-2 victory over the Yakima Hops. "I have been seeing the ball really good the last few weeks, but I am a bit surprised how things are working out," Rivera said. "I've gotten a couple flares to drop in, so I've also been a little lucky." Sergio Rivera singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, flied out in the 6th and flied out in the 8th.
