Rivera Hits in 20 Consecutive Games Tuesday, September 13th , 2050 With 1 hit at Old-Timers Park today, Sergio Rivera added another game to his hitting streak -- the Northville right fielder has now hit safely for 20 games in a row. But the hitting feat wasn't enough for the Eclipse today, as they fell, 5-0, to the Casper Ghosts. "Frankly, I don't care about hits," Casper manager Mesa Altuve said later. "I'll let him get 3 hits in 3 at-bats if it means we get a win." Sergio Rivera flied out in the 2nd, singled in the 5th and grounded out in the 8th.
