Irving Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Wednesday, August 31st , 2050 Chin-yau Tu said it's going to be "an awfully long offseason" for the Irving Blue Sox after they missed the M3L Double A playoffs. The club came close, but ultimately ran out of games to secure a postseason spot and were eliminated from contention today. The Blue Sox have missed the playoffs 9 times in their 11 years as a M3L Double A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 3rd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2047. Irving has won the 3L AA Championship 4 times in their history. |
