Tow Gets Award for Relief Work Thursday, September 22nd , 2050 He may only be 22, but San-gui Tow of the Niagara Falls Expos has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the M3L Single A. The reliever was today named the 3A Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2050. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 5 saves in 22 relief appearances and 99 strikeouts in 75.2 innings. He had a record of 11-0 to go with his 0.83 ERA. He received 10 first place votes out of a possible 12. Sergio Cruz of the Mancelona Torch finished second in voting with 2 first place votes, while Dick Hill of the Belleville Bulls finished third.
