Niagara Falls Gets Riveting Walk-Off Win
Caldwell wasted an exceptional performance by pitcher Frank Paulin, falling to the Niagara Falls Expos, 3-2. Paulin threw 8.0 innings of 5-hit ball for the losing team. Niagara Falls now sits in 4th place in the Menard's A at 37-22.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the 13th inning, when Niagara Falls third baseman Barnes Rooks, facing Valke Wiegel, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Expos the 3-2 win.

"We had the game right there for the taking," said Caldwell manager Kevin Fields. "But we decided not to take it."
