Hicks Superb in 2-1 Loss to Mancelona
|
Syracuse got a terrific performance from pitcher Greg Hicks, but it wasn't enough to beat the Mancelona Torch. Mancelona won the Storm Park contest, 2-1. Hicks threw 8.0 innings of shutout ball for the losing team. Sergio Cruz collected save number 9. The win gives Mancelona a season record of 17-8.
