Godfathers Beat Generals, 7-1
|
Washington had no answer for Pontiac Godfathers starter Dae-ki Chang, who flummoxed Generals hitters as the Godfathers cruised to victory, 7-1. The win gives the Godfathers a record of 7-11.
Don Callahan put Pontiac in front, 7-0, when he took Aidan Coulson downtown. His 3-run home run came with two out in the bottom of the fifth. It was his 1st home run of the season.
"It's easier to pitch when you get run support," said Chang.
