Armstrong Helps Polar Bears Beat Nationals, 6-0
The 6-0 Billings win over Ottawa was due largely to Jarrod Armstrong. The Polar Bears catcher was 3 for 3 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. Lewis Thompson got credit for the win, improving to 1-1. He allowed no runs on 5 hits in 6 innings. At 49-31, the Polar Bears have a slim two-game lead in the Menard's AA.

With Billings leading 1-0 in the bottom of the fourth, Alistair Brigg hit a 2-run single off Ottawa pitcher Felipe Hernández. It put the Polar Bears ahead 3-0.
