Popovic Leads Hops to 11-5 Win Over Saboteurs
Ostoja Popovic batted in 4 runs to lead Yakima to a win over Toledo. The final score was 11-5. Popovic chipped in with 2 singles and 1 home run. Robinson Ríos earned the save for Yakima, his 1st of the year. Yakima now sits in last place in the Menard's AA at 11-21.

With Yakima leading 8-3 in the bottom of the seventh, Popovic came up to bat against Toledo pitcher Dan Wells. Popovic hit a cutter to left-center for a 3-run home run. His 2nd home run of the season put the Hops on top, 11-3.

"It's always nice to be on the winning side," Popovic told the Yakima Today. "But we take nothing for granted."
