|
In a low-scoring clash between Northville and Irving, pitcher Constantino Ruíz was a difference-maker. The right-hander earned accolades in the 2-1 win. Ruíz, the winner, moves to 1-0. He threw 5.2 innings of 3-hit ball, while fanning 6 and giving up 5 walks. Northville, with the win, is 3-1.
