Flamingos End Moody's Streak Sunday, August 8th , 2049 Marvin Moody's sizzling hitting streak was snapped at 29 games today as the MSL Charleston Battery dropped their contest with the MSL Las Vegas Flamingos 7-0 at MSL Charleston Ballpark. Moody failed to get a hit, finishing 0-for-4. After the game Moody spoke with BNN and called his effort "quite a streak." "I just ran into some good pitching today," he said. Moody is batting .443 with 0 home runs and 24 RBIs this season. |
