Marnix Sinke Wins MVP Trophy

Marnix Sinke took USSL Low A by storm this year, and he did it all at the age of 21.
For his spectacular campaign, the North Ft. Myers Gators star has been named the 2049 USSL Low A Most Valuable Player Award recipient.
"To be considered amongst the best in the league is overwhelming," said the third baseman.
On the season he compiled a .326 batting average to go with a .407 on-base percentage. The native of Princess Quarter, Sint Maarten also added 20 doubles, 1 triple, 29 home runs, 88 RBIs and 75 runs scored.
He received 9 first place votes out of a possible 10. Iván Marrero of the Plattsburgh Puffer Fish finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Luis Tico of the North Ft. Myers Gators finished third.
