Johnson Magnificent in 8-0 Columbia Triumph Saturday, June 26th , 2049 Columbia River Rats starter Andy Johnson really did a number on the Washington Generals today, shutting them out 8-0 on 4 hits in a complete game victory. He issued 2 walks and had 12 strikeouts. "We didn't have good at-bats," said Washington manager Nick Hoskins. "I don't make excuses, but when we were playing the game, our energy didn't show. That comes from either extremely good pitching or extremely lousy hitting and seeing as our team has a bunch of good hitters, I have to tip my cap to Johnson."
