RP Eland Opts for Extension Thursday, November 4th , 2049 The latest out of Nova Scotia indicates that Nicolaas Eland has re-signed with the Leviathan and that the 29-year-old reliever is set to earn $13,620,000 over a 3-year span. Team officials tell BNN the deal will be officially announced at a press conference tomorrow. Eland has made 132 career appearances, rolling up a 9-3 record with 7 saves. In 167.1 innings he has fired a third strike past 213 batters, issued 68 free passes and held other teams to a .224 average. |
