Frederick Takes Tumble Down Stairs, Injures Shoulder

San Mateo reliever Justin Frederick was injured yesterday when he fell down a flight of stairs at his home. Frederick reportedly suffered a dislocated shoulder, along with other minor injuries, and is expected to be out of commission for up to 2 months.

With the 2049 rookie draft only 65 days away, teams across United States Premier League are preparing their scouting missions, trying to assess their long-term needs and hoping that they land the prospect that will positively define their club for the next few years. Most of the young men in the draft pool will have gone as far as they can go, but then, a few will surprise and pan out as quality -- or even great -- professional ballplayers.
