Mitchell Celebrates PL Rookie of Month Award Wednesday, September 1st , 2049 For a young man just making his way into the United States Premier League, Bill Mitchell has shown incredible poise and confidence over the past month, netting him the coveted Rookie of the Month Award. In August he fashioned a 3-0 mark and a 3.27 ERA. The Northern Virginia starter struck out 10 in 11 innings as he walked 7 and held opposing batters to a .205 average. So far this year Mitchell has no saves in 14 relief appearances with a 4-0 record and 4.03 ERA. |
