Jorge Rocha Out for 5 Weeks Tuesday, July 13th , 2049 Whether he wants it or not, Jorge Rocha of the Baltimore Bullets will be getting some R & R -- rest and relaxation. The center fielder was hurt in today's Bullets-Shredders game while throwing the ball. Team officials announced after the game that Rocha had suffered a partially torn labrum and would be out of action for 5 weeks. For the season, Rocha is hitting at a .292 clip with 9 home runs, 27 RBIs and has scored 23 runs. He has 33 hits, 9 walks and a .344 on-base percentage. |
