Rookie Fashions Fantastic Month Saturday, August 1st , 2048 The Rookie of the Month Award winner has been picked and the Menard's Third League honor went to Oakland hurler Nick Snyder. For his outstanding performance in July he has been named the league's premier rookie. During the month, Snyder was impressive with a 2.20 ERA and 3 wins and no losses. In 32.2 innings he struck out 41 and gave up 27 hits and 6 walks. Up to now Snyder has recorded a record of 5-2. In 16 starts he has fanned 109 batters in 97.1 innings with a 2.96 ERA. |
