Piranhas Walk It Off for 9th Win of Season
It was pandemonium at The Tank after an exciting walk-off win.

D.C. designated hitter Rodger Parsons had a terrific game, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Parsons went 3 for 4 with a home run and a double, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once, even as Panama City beat the Divided, 9-8. Panama City pitcher De Dion-Bouton got the win, upping his record to 2-2. David Guzmán got the loss.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Panama City first baseman Jesús Bonilla, facing David Guzmán, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Piranhas the 9-8 win.

"This place was electric at the end," Bonilla said.

The Divided drop to 8-9 and continue their mediocre start to the 2048 season.
