Sea Dogs Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Wednesday, August 22nd , 2046 The playoff hopes of the Maine Sea Dogs -- which were already faint at best -- are now completely extinguished. The team will miss the playoffs this year, being mathematically eliminated from contention today. The Sea Dogs have missed the playoffs 11 times in their 12 years as a M3L Rookie franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 11th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2034. |
