Canucks Hudhayfah Mahir Will Miss Season Saturday, July 14th , 2046 Hudhayfah Mahir will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Moose Jaw reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Mahir was injured while throwing a pitch in the Canucks-Sea Dogs clash at Foresters Stadium recently. Doctors said he has a torn labrum and would be out a minimum of 11-12 months. This year Mahir has 15 relief appearances with no saves, 0-1 season record and a 6.65 ERA. He has hurled 23 innings, given up 22 hits, struck out 27 and walked 11. Opposing clubs have batted .247 against the Moose Jaw reliever. |
