Teague Hits in 20 Consecutive Games Tuesday, June 26th , 2046 Frank Teague of the Franklin Fire tagged 1 hit in today's 4-3 loss to the Moose Jaw Canucks at Foresters Stadium to run his hitting streak to 20 straight games. "I realize it's unlikely to have a 20-game streak and not have a couple losses mixed in," he said later. "But it still takes the fun out of it." Frank Teague grounded out in the 1st, walked in the 4th, singled in the 6th, walked in the 8th and grounded out in the 9th. For the season, Teague is hitting at a .352 clip with 11 home runs, 45 RBIs and has scored 38 runs. He has 63 hits, 24 walks and a .425 on-base percentage. |
