It could have been a different outcome for San Mateo, had it not been for Kawenaula Alohalani, the slugging third baseman . Alohalani contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the ninth inning to put San Mateo up, 7-6.

"I'm just happy to help the team win," Hernández told the San Mateo Daily.
